The full-time schedule is in line with the OFAC’s general license within the “Support for the Cuban people” category. You will be engaged in a full-time schedule which enhances contact with the Cuban people, supports civil society in Cuba and results in meaningful interactions with individuals in Cuba.
The program is subject to change. Sound Traveler is not liable for changes or cancellation of the Jazz Plaza Festival or other events by the local organisers. In such cases alternative and adequate attractions will be provided.

When flying directly from U.S., medical insurance is usually included in your flight ticket. Cuban visas (tourist cards) are provided by airlines at additional cost (approx. US$ 50 - US$ 100). Check and confirm with your airline.

MIKE POLARNY & SOUND TRAVELER
Mike has a strong connection to Cuba and has been living there part-time for 6 years. During his time in Havana, he has published several songs with local musicians, performed dozens of DJ gigs and produced various artistic projects.
Over 100 travelers have experienced Cuba with Mike as their guide. He is a travel expert with 20 years' experience in tourism, traveled himself to 55 countries on 6 continents. Originally from Poland, he nowadays enjoys a nomadic style of life, spending most of his time around the Caribbean & Latin America.
He is involved and facilitates conscious dance workshops, medicine plant ceremonies, “burning man” style events, mentorship and global network programs like Hatch.
His song "Trip To Cuba" won the Dubspot New York & Ninja Tune Records contest.
Initiated into Afro-Cuban religion, Oggun is his guardian angel!
