Life is a journey. Every day is a journey.
I choose experience over goods. The only items I have been buying over the last 3 years were things I need for traveling or creating. I sold my car. I often think about selling my apartment (I believe in James Altucher's concepts). I choose a journey, not a stability.
More and more people do the same. We are starting to understand that goods don't make us happy. Life's too short to be afraid, it's about experiencing, not about surviving.
Another study says it's relations what makes people happy. You even don't need to travel. The logic is the same - invest in experience, not in goods. Go visit friends, organize a party with family, go see a concert with your kids, take a cooking workshop to meet new people. Those "things" will stay with you forever.
